The Bellcourt Civic Association was organized in 2018 to help preserve the unique character, history, and charm of Bellcourt. We are dedicated to encouraging contextual architecture that respects the history of our planned development and enforcing existing zoning codes that manage overall size, footprint, and living space of the homes in our neighborhood.
We respect individual rights and tastes, as did the original neighborhood planners, who allowed owners to determine the styles of their homes. New construction and renovation must always conform to the housing code, and we encourage architectural approaches that respect the history of the neighborhood.
After many, many pandemic-fueled delays, we are now officially an incorporated nonprofit organization that can accept your membership dues! Please make your donation today to help us with outreach, communication, education, and advocacy. It's all to preserve Bellcourt!
